Treatments

Private treatments are $80 per session, usually 45min-60min and can entail acupuncture, Tuina or sports massage, Cupping, Guasha, Electro acupuncture, plum blossom needling, aurical acupuncture, fascia release, specific sports therapy techniques or combinations of these as needed on the day or through a course of treatments for your individual needs.

Treatments (ACC)

ACC Treatments are $45 per session, usually 45min-60min these too cover the above techniques as covered by ACC within their guidelines. As an ACC client you are able to have upto 12 sessions of acupuncture if needed, within 12 weeks of the first day of treatment at Eastern Acupuncture. You are able to self refer or be referred by your existing provider. Please bring your claim details with you to ensure you are covered and all information is provided for your rehabilitation to begin ASAP.

The Process

Simply Email, Call or Txt for an appointment

The first consultation will be a thorough discussion of your requirements and what you need. Any questions you have will be answered, and we will formulate a treatment plan. Then, finish the rest of the initial session with your first treatment. You will likely go home with some lifestyle advice or a task or two to complete before the next session… Drink water and reduce energy expenditure over the next 12hrs…

Dry needling is different to traditional forms of acupuncture. It is a different experience and based on different ideologies and methods commonly used for sports injuries or rehab. Ultimately a simple form of neuromuscular needling stimulates a muscle twitch response to stimulate muscle and blood flow.
